PRSA-St. Louis and IABC-St. Louis team up to host the tabletop networking event: “St. Louis Doesn't Suck ... & Neither Does Marketing/Communications Talent in St. Louis," 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012.  We'll gather at Vito’s Italian Pizzeria & Ristorante (3515 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63103) - just east of Grand across from Saint Louis University. Our emcee will be Aaron Perlut, Elasticity and a Forbes.com scribe, who recently penned “St. Louis Doesn't Suck” and “Making Small Business Marketing Work."  Join PRSA and IABC for a great opportunity to network with peers in the St. Louis community and discuss the hottest topics in our industry, including:

  • Successful social media campaigns
  • Corporate blogging
  • Media relations tips and techniques
  • Demonstrating value to your clients or company
  • Internal communications challenges
  • Entrepreneurial spirit of independent practitioners

Note - There will be a station with a variety of appetizers and pizza available for attendees. In addition, there will be a cash bar with extended happy hour pricing ($2 premium pints, $3 cocktails & $5 wines).  Parking is available on the street or in a (pay) lot behind the restaurant.
