With Dan Rositano, Publisher, Wednesday, March 17; Registrations Now Open
Dan Rositano St. Louis Globe-Democrat |
Founded in 1852 and published continuously until closing its doors as a daily newspaper in 1986, the St. Louis Globe-Democrat returns - ONLINE. At our next PRSA-St. Louis monthly luncheon, Wednesday, March 17, publisher Dan Rositano will discuss what it took to bring the paper back and how he plans to succeed in a difficult economic climate for media in "The Globe-Democrat: Resurrecting an Icon in the Digital Age."
Registration for this event is now open. For complete details, menu options and to register, visit our Web site. At Ces & Judy's, Frontenac.
Daniel L. Rositano has built an interesting career with more than 13 years of experience developing, managing and producing Web sites in the broadcast television industry, and has most currently brought his talents to online journalism and multi-media production platforms with his successful launch and resurrection of the St. Louis Globe-Democrat.
Rositano became president and publisher of the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, LLC in May, 2009. Within six months his expertise in IT, journalism and new media marketing resulted in the launch of Globe-Democrat.com, the only locally owned and operated news source in St. Louis and re-established the St. Louis Globe-Democrat as a leading source for news and information in the St. Louis market.
